Created in 2005 in the context of the energy transition and the liberalization of the energy market, haulogy is a software company. The objective is to contribute to the achievement of the business transformation objectives of our customers in the energy and utilities sector by offering modular and scalable management software as well as relevant business and IT services in a long-term partnership logic.


The haulogy company has experienced unprecedented growth since 2018 and now has 140 employees in France and Belgium.

We currently have two locations in Belgium: one in Nivelles and the second in Neupré.

Team :

You will be part of a dynamic team with colleagues who will collaborate with you on a daily basis to help you master our IT tools that are going to be implemented at our Energy Supplier customers.



As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features;
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users);
  • Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Gather customer feedback and share with the Product team;
  • Share knowledge;
  • Be part of a team where your ideas will be debated.

Required Qualifications:


  • With a scientific background, you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience ;
  • You have an analytical mind, you are methodical and rigorous;
  • You are a team player, you show initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy;
  • You are able to adapt to various computer tools, in particular Jira, master SQL and Postman queries.
  • You have a good knowledge of English, both written and oral. You are able to write documents and participate in meetings in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Interesting assets:
  • First experience as a Customer Support Specialist within a software company;
  • Knowledge of the energy sector.
